About Me
I grew up just outside of Washington, D.C., and made the move to Minneapolis, Minnesota, for school—though I’m still getting used to the long winters! As long as I can remember, I've been fascinated by the power of storytelling and how it connects people. It’s been my greatest joy to turn that passion into a career.
Currently, I work as a statehouse reporter for the Report for Minnesota Legislative Project, bringing news that matters to Greater Minnesota from the Minnesota State Capitol to support outstate news outlets.
I am also the 2025 media intern for the University of Minnesota's MLK program, for which I’ll be documenting an immersion trip to Civil Rights landmarks across the South.
Through my work, I strive to rebuild trust in journalism and make news more accessible to the everyday person.
